I am highly motivated and reliable individual with eighteen years of education. My verbal and communication skills are exceptional and are accompanied with my well-developed multitasking organizational skills. I have served in different well known organizations i.e., Qatar Charity, HASCOl Petroleum, CARE Foundation and Allied School Systems. I have also served as internee and volunteer in National Institute of Banking & Finance (NIBF) Islamabad and National Commition for Human Development (NCHD) Muzaffargarh. Responsible for all Logistical and procurement related matter of the field offices of Punjab.
Responsible for negotiation and finalization of contracts.
Responsible to manage end-to-end procurement process.
Responsible to access departmental needs and plans for sourcing supplies.
Responsible to maintain purchase record in hard and soft forms.
Responsible to maintain purchase utilization record.
1. Carry out all Logistic functions: procurement, warehousing, transport and supply management.2. Update the requisition tracking sheet on weekly basis and share with programmes.3. Prepare procurement filing and keep documentproperly.4. Stock movement is updation on daily basis5. Maintain supplier database.6. Proper stock storage movement in & out and keep the record updated.7. Implement procurement process of items based on authorized requisitions8. Regular checks on price comparisons and assist logistics officer that materials/items costs are monitored effectively.9. Assist in to implementing policy and procedure of Qatar Charity as prescribed.10. Any other duties assigned by respective supervisor.11. To be responsible for check and balance over support staff, including Security guards, Drivers, Office cleaner and Office cook, their routine duties and assigning tasks as when and where needed as supervised by Line Manager. Weekly checking of visitor’s book and correspondence register.12. Office Administration including Assets & Inventory Management and Store and Warehouse Management with record keeping.13. Issuing, collecting and storing equipment and supplies (cleaning and kitchen) with record keeping, shifting/moving assets and equipment within and out of office when and where needed.14. Negotiating vendors/hotels for arranging events and ensuring office supplies are fully utilized rather using rental assets or equipment (Event Management). 15. Ensuring timely delivery of stocked item of programs use when and where requested by program departments.16. To be responsible for assigning vehicles and maintaining vehicle’s planner, ensuring vehicle Logbooks.17. Maintaining and submitting logistical reports (including fuel consumption, generator reports, stock movements report, miss use of resources (confidentially)) on monthly basis with line manager
