I would like to share that I have done Bachelor Degree from University of Sindh and have been working with development and private sector more than 10 years on different position. During professional career i have learned and got expertise regarding to the reviewed and designed Non-Formal Education Material, composed and layout lesson plans, books, data entry and analysis, literature review, developed reports through MIS, communication and coordination with partners, monitoring of data collection field staff.
Now i am working with DAI international as a Grant Assistant in the community resilience activity with USAID funded project at field office Karachi. I was worked with The NGO World Foundation as a Field Supervisor in the project of Action Research with collaboration of JICA in intervention in Karachi . I was worked with Chemonics International Inc. as a Program Assistant Non-Formal Education in Sindh Reading Program at Provincial Office Karachi. Support the Grants Officers in grant implementation.
Generate and review all aspects of grant agreements, including milestone schedules, with
grantees.
Generate and maintain documentation of all grants including grant agreements, grant
amendments/addendums, and other grants-related documents till grants close-out and
proactively identify errors and/or missing documentation to ensure compliance.
Work closely with other APT members to finalize and share activity concepts and
proposals with USAID.
Review and negotiate with grantee on grant budget line items and coordinate with
Procurement and HR for cost verification of grant budgets.
Schedule meetings including kickoff meetings to define roles, responsibilities, and
timelines for grantees.
Verify milestone documentation and submit deliverable approval/payment requests to the
Grants Manager, COP and Finance department.
Support the Database Officer in making Grants Implementation Tracker updates on a
weekly basis, along with any other tracker (as required).
Maintain inventory for items purchased under each grant.
Support the full cycle of grants beginning from solicitation application review, and
including pre-award assessments, monitoring/compliance visits and reporting, and closeout procedures.
Coordinate with Reporting Officer to update information in program reports and other
written materials, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
Review and coordinate with the IRO, Content Analyst, Communications Officer and
USAID for the Non-Partisan Review (NPR) process of all the contents and materials
produced under grants.
Assist Grants Manager in preparation of weekly projections to be sent to Finance.
Perform any and all other tasks as may be assigned by the Grants Manager in a manner
that contributes to achievement of the project's work plan and objectives.
Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Monitor NFE centers on daily basis.
• Submit weekly and monthly work/operational plan to Project Manager
• Assist Project Manager in the Training of NFE school’s teachers
• Submit assessment result, observation reports, and NFE schools project related problems faced & suggested solutions to the Project Manager
• Train teachers in their roles and responsibilities (includes on the job training)
• Submit attendance records, utility and any other finance related bills to the Project Manager
• Submit to the Project Manager time request for disbursement of finance of any repair, maintenance or classroom activity
• Assess learning achievements of students during the visit and maintain record of those assessments on prescribed format
• Assist to Project Manager in the baseline assessment and final assessment of NFE schools or any others
• Assist to Project Manager in the identification of students and teachers’ substitutes through Community Mobilization Process
• Any other education or awareness sessions related task assigned by the Project Manager.
• Perform all the tasks, which may be notified to him by Chemonics. Perform such additional tasks as related to and ancillary to services specified in the Scope of Work as may from time to time be assigned by Chemonics, or reasonably required by any officer of Chemonics to be performed by him.
• Attend such location as Chemonics or any officer of Chemonics may reasonably require him to attend and do so for the performance of his duties without any additional payment to him.
• Arrive punctually at his assigned office premises or such other location as he may be required to attend.
• Devote his entire efforts and time to the business and affairs of Chemonics, perform his duties under this agreement with the utmost diligence, care and attention, and always seek to protect and enhance the best interests of Chemonics in executing his duties.
• Be fully aware of and comply with the applicable laws and regulations in performing his services for Chemonics. Comply with all the Chemonics’ policies, rules and regulations which may from time to time be implemented by Chemonics more particularly the Chemonics’ Pakistan Field Personnel and Operations Manual.

• Analyze and problem solve issues with current and planned systems as they relate to the integration and management of patient data (for example, review for accuracy in record merge, unmerge processes).
• Analyze reports of data duplicates or other errors to provide ongoing appropriate interdepartmental communication and monthly or daily data reports (for example, related to the EMPI).
• Monitor for timely and accurate completion of select data elements (for example, verbal Physician orders), identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Monitor data dictionary statistics, communicate with all DM’s regarding Data and reporting.

• Developing and delivery of PFF internal and external Communications. To lead the research, planning and implementation of the project activities. To contribute to planning of and arrangements for PFF events, regarding the design and production of materials.
• To represent PFF at internal and external events as required. To support Project Coordinator and other senior PFF staff members and external public relations consultants in developing media strategy, drafting press releases, responding to media enquiries and building dialogue with journalists.
• To maintain office record properly, teaching evolution/combine, zabdesk, to assist academic coordinator, communication with teachers and students, class monitoring, all program schedule updated and combine schedule
• Notice board updated, prepare guest speaker notice & thanks letter, faculty dar, faculty zabdesk, student registration, monitoring all class accessories (PC, AC, UPS, multimedia)
• Prepare vouchers, Petty cash & other record related to the accounts, Prepare Bank Account record including receipt & payments transaction, To handle bank transactions
• Provide information to the internal auditor as and when required, Assist in preparing the monthly accounts
• Assist in preparing the monthly payroll, Coordinate with regional accounts & admin. Associate on all accounting returns and reports, Track all head office expenses (incl. claims and advance), Issue payment of all monthly bills i-e, telephone, gas, water, courier etc.
• Assist in, to open L/C with bank for import inventory. Check record of all inventories for In & Out and reconcile with accounts at regional level, To purchase material at local level as per request. Manage all company documentation filing (incl. HR, invoices, receipts and claims, legal contracts, quotations, etc) and custodial ship over all field assets.
• Manage administration of the head office. Maintain fixed asset register and other consumable item register. Manage vehicle logbook, service book and other records related to vehicle. Maintain record of all couriers in & out, telephone log book, etc.
