Optimizes existing work processes and management systems for effective franchise management.

Visiting all FMC Franchise Shop to make assure Exclusivity.
Maintain shop lay out to make sure the Standard lay out.
Fabrication of all FMC Shop as per the FMC Shop Protocol.
Renovation of all FMC Shop region vise.
Maintaining the market stability by checking non authorized dealers.
Reporting to head office by making Presentation at daily basis
Monthly visit plan to cover complete region including some part of Sukkur region.
Supervision of academic affairs such as hiring, promotion, tenure, and evaluation (with faculty input where appropriate)
Maintenance and audit of financial flows and records;
