I started my social development work from sindh's reputable organization namely sindh graduates association as social mobilizer with hardworking my grade was changed as senior social mobilizer to social mobilization officer. After 3 years remain my designation was changed as project manager. Than I joined to SSEWA-Pak.
SSEWA-Pak is a reputable organization of south sindh miprukhas in this I was appointed as field officer in food security project Taluka Jhudo, with same hardworkship Organization uplift me as project coordinator. Three and half years i was worked in SSEW-Pak and than i joined SAFWCO as operation manager in 2011.
Flood was hited to sanghar, safwco management give me change to work in DRR sector. From 2011 to August 2014 i was the employee of SAFWCO. Project was phase out and I joined to ACTED Pakistan INGO Pefsa Project Badin District in 2014, from 2014 to to 2021 many time work with ACTED Pakistan INGO with different positions(WASH Project Officer/CLTS Project Officer/Project Officer). Now a days working with Participatory Village Development Programme(PVDP) as Project Coordinator and Implemented MPCA Project of Concern Worldwide/USAID.
