With academic major in HRM, over 5 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment and internships in HR divisions of some prosperous organizations blessed me with great human and professional skills along with work ethics, which are the basic vitals and support in my professional experience. My aspiration is to work for providing fair quality life to humankind.
My primary responsibilities includes supporting the HR Manager by managing Business-As-Usual tasks, providing strategic and tactical coverage for HR interventions and project-based HR initiatives as assigned. Day-to-day operations and HR Administrative duties will include a full-cycle or Ops responsibilities i.e. includes hiring process, employee orientations, employee probations, PIPs, performance appraisals cycles, Job Descriptions, full and finals, Org. charts, employee relations & data management and employee engagement activities. -Providing support to business keeping in view the nature and demands of the business.
-Localizing global policies in line with the local laws and culture and ensuring implementation.
-Managing HR vendor's like Job websites, Recruitment Consultants, Insurance Companies and EOBI.
-Working on strategic plans of talent management through appropriate talent acquisition, development, globally managed performance management, employee recognition programs and other HR services.
Managing a portfolio of key clients and addressing their HR requirements specially recruitment:

-Client meetings and training for delivering demo sessions on online recruitment tools of ROZEE.PK

-HR Operations: Performing the operational HR activities as per defined policies & procedures with utmost compliance on all HR processes mainly HR database; i.e. Employees database, CV database, interview database, attendance & leave management, coordinating with insurance company for employee’s Takaful, reimbursements, additions / deletions etc. and Full and Final settlements.
-Recruitment: Liaising with recruitment agencies, advertising jobs in newspapers / online, short-listing of candidates and arranging assessments and preliminary interviews
-Induction: Conduct new employee orientation and ensuring induction checklist is followed
-Probationary Reviews: Employee probationary reviews and PIP sessions for nonqualified employees
-Job Analysis: Conducted Job Analysis, revising JDs, and structure in consultation with Senior / Top Management
