• To manage the total sales efforts within the local market to generate pro-actively revenue.
• To recognize, develop, distribute and maintains Key Accounts / prospects.
• To maintain on a regular basis the contacts to the local and international Travel Trade and to involve with all the agreements/contracts the hotel has with major Key Accounts/Tour Operators, etc.
• To Increase revenues from minor operating departments: Swimming pool, Laundry, Outside catering, rentals, pastry shop etc.
• To Organize and promote, in co-operation with Food & Beverage department, special projects such a balls, tournaments, exhibition, festivals etc.
• To Prepare and execute regular direct mail campaigns that stimulate local interest in the hotel’s facilities.
• To do the market research on continuing basis to determine where business come from, how it is influenced, who the hotel clients are, and work closely with marketing manager to improve relation between hotel and what are their need.
• Work closely with marketing manager to obtain maximum coverage of activities with in the hotel.
• To care that sales office administration and filing is properly organized and according to our standards.
• To ensure that all sales related collateral’s are utilized as effective tools.
• To assist DOS in ensuring that established systems, policies and procedures related to sales are implemented and adhered at all time by the sales staff.
• To ensure that incoming correspondence (Inquiries, requests, confirmations) are handled within 24 hours.

Develop visibility material such as reporting leaflets, monthly newsletter, update on CRI website, share stories with HQ for special events.
With input from the international monitoring and evaluation officer and Program Managers, help produce high quality program progress reports as per CBs requirements.
Provide high quality editing and formatting for all program related documents
Support staff in organizing and managing seminars, workshops and press conferences. Assist in conducting awareness raising campaigns, events, information dissemination workshops, etc. for target groups.
Provide through progress reporting continuous analysis of the achievements, facilitate project review, evaluation and audits.
Develop reporting date and requirements template
Assist to ensure compliance of activities with project communication strategy
Participate in developing and evaluating feasibility, efficiency and quality of Information and Communication materials
Take lead in dissemination of communication materials to relevant stakeholders
Maintain documentation management system (hard copy and on network)

To negotiate with vendors and efficiently managing all costs and expenses related to the service (which is sourced out).
Responsible to work on daily received background checks and conduct detailed analysis of publicly available local press records and manual investigative research.
Responsible to undertake research to highlight any instances of controversy or notable publicly aired criticism on the subject in question.
Responsible to research the public record available within Governmental institutions such as Trial Courts, Police etc.
Checking the records on data basis.
Provide assistance for analyzing research results and accumulate results into comprehensive reports and also responsible for timely delivery of the reports.
Work on comprehensive Research databases regarding legal procedures, limitations, valuable data bases and other significant material and information related to background screenings in each jurisdiction.
