• To strategize, and devise a complete plan to shoot a campaign that focuses on the struggles that religious minorities face in Pakistan both socially and legally
• To lead a documentary project based on empowerment of rural artisans 
• To plan, develop and strategize a campaign of videos and other content that
a) highlights success stories amongst Pakistan’s religious minorities,
b) focuses on the struggles they face, both socially and legally, and
c) focuses on the National Lobbying Delegation and its objectives and how far it has come in achieving its goals
• For each of the above individual projects I undertook the following deliverables:
o To hire, lead and manage a full team of filmmakers, content writers, video editors, administrative assistants and others
o To turn donor requests and requirements into reality. I was the key point of contact for the donor to arrange strategic direction, creating content, to targeting audiences and evaluative criteria.
o To direct, shoot, and have complete creative control of all communication content for the project
o To procure and arrange all relevant equipment for the project
o To make a photo database of the travels and interactions with those affected as well as their donors
o To manage all aspects of production and postproduction of the campaign 
o To coordinate all logistical elements to the project, including government/legal permissions, travel (across interior Sindh and Punjab), equipment and interviews
o To reach out to members of the effected communities and engaging with them in a way that fosters an environment where they feel safe to be filmed and their struggles documented
To conduct research on engaging with the affected communities in Pakistan to better understand the best way to represent their stories on their terms for the purpose of the documentary
