To manage and maintain the database of EPI at District level
To ensure the development of tools and procedures related to mapping and database.
To support field teams in the collection and management of database, verification and update of the collected data.
Audit the accuracy of information being provided through the reporting; data collection, monitoring system and follow up of any discrepancies to ensure corrective action.
Ensure that the reports produced by the database are in compliance with the requirements of Project.
Ensure to enter the data on regular basis of all designated UCs.
Ensure the database has to be matched with the reported numbers by field teams.
She/he has to ensure that the data should be properly maintained in both hard and soft.
Error free data entry is the sole responsibility of the MIS assistant.
It is the responsibility of MIS assistant to enter the antigen being received from the field in hard, s/he has to ensure by not putting extra entries in the database.
MIS assistant has to maintain the logs of data and return it back to the relevant JSO after entry. To perform any other duties / assignment that may be assigned by the organization as and when required for the effective implementation of the project.
