•Best practices for initiating and sustaining breastfeeding and addressing challenges and solutions in breastfeeding.
•Nutrient Requirements at Different Life Stages.
•Balanced Diet and Dietary Guidelines and impact of Nutrition on Health.
•Important Statistics about malnutrition, stunting/wasting of children.
•Messages to sensitize communities to adopt nutritional behaviors for children under 5 and PLWS.

To coordinate stake holder meeting regularly, coordination with health department for giving support of LHWs, capacity building of LHWs, capacity building of CNWs, participation in DCCN monthly, making monthly progressive reports, conducting success story quarterly and facilitating to donor according to need.

Household Economic Analysis HEA, in perspective of livelihood and food security,FSL to Conduct focus group discussion FGDs with community in regarding the people means of production and their house expensis and their coping startegies in Pakistan particularly two provinces sindh and Balochistan. To make different zone with source of means of production, Rice Zone Sindh, Balochistan (Dadu, larkana, Qambar-Shahdadkot, shikarpur, Jacobabad, Naseerabad, Dera Murad Jamali, Kashmore Kandhkot) livelihood rice zone. Trace the geographic location environmental and seasonal calendars of zone try to know means of production of people and which coping strategies applied by them. To determine the livelihood sources and how many livelihood sources adopted by the people which livelihood source affects badly in climate change conditions unwanted rain, winter and summer season changing the pattern of livelihood and affect food security. To compare the rates of reference year 2021 and current years 2024 in out come  analysis. Particularly focus on three basic livelihood zones Agriculture, livestock and casual labor. To be observed about that three sources of income.

To monitor different activities of sindh, major responsibilities are to conduct Focus Group discussion FGDs, Post Distribution Monitoring PDMs and pre-distribution verification of beneficiaries for assessing the project impact on community. What changes lies to the project

RIZ consultant Firm launch geographic coverage support system GCSS App for recording the location. I was playing role as GCSS Fecilitator to handover the GCSS device to polio teams deploying time morning and get back it for evening also visit 40 percent team in each day for spot check of GCSS devices as routine check. Submissions of morning, spot check and evening reports online through Google form. Conducted two days sessions with polio worker to give orientation of GCSS device and it's function, this app lunched purpose was to findiut missed areas of UCs boundaries.

This project name is child protection (CP). HANDS creates child friendly spaces (CFS)in flood affected areas, for engaging the children in different physical and mental activities, also conduct sessions on mental health also creating awareness about children right particular on violence, exploitation,neglect and abuse (VENA). Similarly the organization facilitate to community with free birth registration from one days child to six years. CFS Project funded by UNICEF implement HANDS with Collaboration of Sindh Government.

USAID project on women participation in general election CPDI Consultant monitoring the campaign women participation in election to assess the women empowerment and awareness, similarly comparing vote costing ratio of women candidates to know the how many women took part of general election and many of win election, in this regarding to bird's eye view of political parties seats for women. It was radio campaign monitoring by the massage of women participation in general election aired or not on radio bullets and headlines too.

My was to conduct session on agricultural inputs and their rate including results of the product. I was collecting data through SurveyToGo app COAL survey of Jaffar fertilizer in district Ghotki and District Qambar Shahdadkot.

NESS-PAK conducted household survey liya express and Ring road pindi Islamabad for assessment of people running around the city, how many people are going to Islamabad and pindi then make it accordingly at Islamabad.

Basically, I was working multi tasks in field I  played role as community mobilizer at site and playing active role for data collection, There was conducted three focus group discussion and five individuals interviews in district larkana and khairpur mirs.
