Responsibilities:
Managing the work schedules and time cards for all field staff.
Investigating and resolving Enumerators grievance /complaints during field.
Responding to all on-call tasks and supporting the Field Representatives.
Prepare feedback and report information and maintain timekeeping during field and ensure the quality of data.
Responsibilities:
Creating and processing invoices and Cross-checking with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy.
Maintaining financial records and Handling accounts payable and receivable as well as resolving accounts to the general ledger.
Utilize database software to organize financial account information and Handle account inquiries from internal and external sources.
Document process and prepare audit findings memorandum and Conduct follow up audits to monitor management’s interventions.
