Monitoring of Manzil Team During the Assessment, Validate the Beneficiary Of Manzil in Different UC’s and Villages, Monitoring of Distribution on Distribution Point, Monitoring of Post Distribution (PDM) in Naseerabad and Jaffarabad UCs Daily Basis Report to Meal Officer / Meal Manager, Any Other task assigned by the Supervisor.
Facilitate program department in baseline survey and need assessments in terms of forming data collectiontools, sample size, training of data collection team. Ensure data quality and data consistency during data collection and data entry, manage database and facilitatein data analysis, Facilitate program department in first draft report of surveys (baseline & end-line and assessments) Ensure that implementation of field activities adheres to SIF’s monitoring and evaluation system; Carry out regular and routine field monitoring of program activities and produce monitoring visit reports onthe given format; conduct debrief sessions with relevant program staff and develop an agreed action plan; andreport to MEAL Manager and Base Manager. Carry out follow-up monitoring visits to materialize actions agreed in action plan, also maintain MonitoringAction Plan Tracker at field level; and report to MEAL Manager. Ensure accountability at field level during program implementation by orienting program team andbeneficiaries during activities. Ensure display of CRM banners and boxes are displayed and placed at activities intervention locations Ensure by random verification that CBCM is known by beneficiaries and SIF staff. Update and manage Suggestion and Complaint Mechanism Database and share with MEAL Manager regularmonthly basis. Maintain complaints and feedback tracking database and do follow up on complaints to reach aresolution involving relevant project/program staff. Hold CRC (Complaints Review Committee) meetings to review SCRM database and investigate seriouscomplaints and incorporate suggestions and feedback if feasible. Generate MOM (Minutes of Meeting) of CRCregular meeting and investigation reports. To assist Base MEAL Officer in identifying key compliance/quality questions and parameters capitalizing on theexisting checklists and minimum standards for monitoring project performance Assist MEAL Officer in developing case studies or success stories Responsible to conduct and facilitate learning workshops.
Prepare and share the field visit plan with the project coordinator before starting in the field and arrange for the logistics of field visit and meetings/events in consultation of project coordinator;
Impart trainings to Local Support Organizations (LSOs);
Conduct meetings with LSO executive body members' in their offices (once per six months for each LSO);
Field verification of LSOs;
Assisting LSOs in making report of their activities, fill the ODK forms as and when required and provide daily reports to project coordinator, share the data about daily work, also Report the corrected scores via phone on an android based application accurately;
Assess the performance of the participants through applying the post- assessment questionnaire.
Formulate follow-ups & monitoring calls to LSOs,
Regular phone calls to LSOs to follow up on their progress after refresher training visits.
Making follow-up/reminder phone calls to the LSOs assigned to them,
peak to the executive body members of LSOs once in every month to follow-up.
Any other tasks which may arise during the course of work.
Develop a complete understanding of the objectives and purpose of monitoring tasks and ensure that the correct and intended objectives are duly shared with the target audience/stakeholders.
Based on the monitoring plan, prepare a monthly field plan for monitoring of activities/events and ensure that deadlines and targets are achieved and all the relevant information is collected.
Carry out field monitoring visits to collect data, on predesigned monitoring instruments, through observation, personal discussion/interviews and taking photographs.
Verify that equipment and supplies are distributed under the project. Compile and hand over completed monitoring instruments/forms to the manager of the assignment along with additional notes and photographs.
Update the manager of the assignment on the progress of monitoring events through weekly reports and contribute in development of monthly monitoring reports.
Develop and maintain good contacts and working relationships with the key project counterparts (the organization implementing the program, directors and staff of health facilities, training organizations and other institutions) to ensure effective implementation of monitoring tasks.
Immediately inform the manager of the assignment and take remedial action in case of any issue related to implementation of monitoring tasks.
Ensure that organization’s security protocols are followed strictly and responsibly.
Any other task relevant to this job assigned by the manager of the assignment for Monitoring.
Daily Meeting with the Focal Person and D.E.O District Education Officer Shikarpur, to share daily progress and enrollment of Government High Schools and Primary Schools (Boys and Girls) also sharing work plan with focal person on weekly basis;
Observe the teachers while He / She teaching in the class and checking teaching methods also capturing pictures of classes during teaching;
Conduct the teachers assessment from those who have been trained by C.I.D.A (Canadian International Development Agency);
Conduct the assessment from High Schools and Primary Schools Students (Boys and Girls);
Observe the under construction work of schools and furniture condition also capturing pictures of staff and schools conditions;
Check out the whole month presence of teachers;
Checking availability of Books for students and other material;
Any other tasks, as assigned by supervisor.
