This experience includes all the activities being done within the branch and how each and every role perform their assign tasks on daily basis. Starting from Customer Service Officer, CSO position, this part includes all the activities which are being done in the branch from top to bottom. All the important announcements, all the messages which needs to be transferred from CSO to all the staff. Taking care of the overall branch, from day to day delivery order to receiving. Also, I have been in cash department which are tellers, I have been with them, I learnt, how the cash flow is actually work in the bank, how to count the cash and how to divide them into categories. I have been with operations, I learnt how the cheque books process work, how the customer gets their cheque books what’s the procedure. I have been relationship officers and I learnt how to open up their accounts how to deal with the customer what informations are necessary to open the account, what sort of documents are required for different categories of accounts. Overall, it was a wonderful and enriching journey to get to know a lot about branch banking.
