Job Description:
Management of regional portfolio, Credit maintenance & closely liaison with Branch
Manager & Agri. Team.
Guidance of customer regarding Security Documentation
Arrangement of Agri. product programs and should be able to answer queries of the farmers
regarding terms and conditions of loan servicing and repayments.
Make post-disbursement contacts with the customers for timely collection of payments. Keep
an updated record of the customers contact.
Work in coordination with credit administration department (CAD) & Risk.
Act in accordance to the instructions and guidance of Superiors & should involve them, in
upward communication whenever deemed necessary.
Early identification of delinquent farmers for minimizing losses to the Bank.
Recommend Legal action when farmer’s behavior is incompatible and negative and all
attempts to recover the payments through negotiations have failed.
Attending Agri. Business related meetings in SBP, Tobacco Board, DOR office etc.
Making Agri. Business related correspondence with Head Office, SPB and all other departments.

Job Description:
Overall, in charge of Agriculture extension including regulatory and other duties in 04 No union councils.
Formulate & Submit monthly tour program while ensuring one day in a week to each union council visit.
Formulation of 04 No of farmer group contacts (preferably at least 20 No per session) for the specified
subject matter as per need of the community.
