In charge of handling sales team, develop and implement the overall strategic marketing plans for the organization, create and implement communications and media strategies which raise the profile of the organization, developing and organizing campaigns, events, exhibition and marketing & promotional Activities, preparing and managing the marketing and branding budget, preparing and maintaining the monthly/yearly marketing calendar, developing leads, ensuring articulation of Organization’s desired image and position throughout the Organization, and assure communication of image and position to all constituencies, both internal and external, Responsible for editorial direction, design, production and distribution of all Organization publications, developing and implementing the digital strategy including website, social media and other digital tools and day-to-day management of the digital channels to ensure information remains relevant and up to date.

Being a fundraiser helped me get to talk to the consumer and analyse what they were looking for. Every person has different interests, therefore each individual has to be dealt differently. Talking to the people really helped boost confidence and it also helped me judge people on the spot and pitch them in accordance with their personality. Furthermore, this job helped me make quick decisions and developed my people's skills.
