Major Job responsibilities include:
Execution of all HR/ Administrative functions in an efficient & effective manner , this includes Induction of staff, tracking of employee’s forms & files, processing to monthly payroll, HRIS, Office maintenance, Security Management, Performance Mgt, Event management, Transport management ,Procurement etc.
Supervise all matters related to the services of the employees like creation of posts, recruitment, selection, orientation, training, posting, transfer, promotions, pay & allowances fixation & their residence matters etc.
Administer the maintenance of service books, personal files, leaves account & other books & records of the commission and ensures the security and its application.
Assist Secretary & Commission to prepare annual Performance Evaluation Report (PER) of staff.
Responsible for submission of monthly salary bill to Finance Section for payment to full fill all requirements.
Security Arrangements of Office Premises to ensure safety of office & staff.
Administer the code of conduct & discipline in the secretariat and advice the Commission in respect of any matter.
Conduct departmental enquires according to the rules & regulation of the Government and assists Commission in all the stages of grievance resolution process.
Organize meetings and disseminate minutes and ensure that decisions taken by the Commission are properly communicated to all concerns.
Responsible for carrying out all the purchases as per rules of KP Procurement Regulatory Authority and maintain the record of all the items as per SOP of the Commission.
Maintenance of cash book for Imprest Money/Permanent Advance & Preparation of claims for recoupment of Imprest money as per procedure formulated by RTI Commission.
Manage transport and fleet maintenance services, it include Procurement, Registration, Repairs & maintenance, Renewals of tokens, Auctioning of condemned vehicles and provision of transport facilities to officials on demand
To review and issue POL for employees as per RTIC rules & regulation and counter signing of log books.
To arrange travel, Formal events, Awareness Seminars, Trainings workshops according the security/protocol measures.
