1.Ensure compliance of Company’s policies and SOPs.
2. Adding sales orders in SAP after thorough verification and as per protocols defined in
SOP.
3. Follow-up with all concerned departments for timely dispatch of sales orders.
4. Update center’s fortnightly recovery plan and targets in SAP.
5. Daily reporting of pending orders, recovery and new orders added.
6. Issue sales tax invoices through SAP.
7. Coordinate with Supply Chain for timely dispatch of pending sales orders.
8. Bridge between sales and other departments like accounts, tax, audit and supply
chain to resolve issues if any.
9. Manage administrative tasks and expenses of the centers.
10. Maintain issuance record and inventory of Give Away’s, FF Source Approvals and FF
Brochures.
11. Processing of customer refund claims.
12. Maintain log of Cash in hand accounts and report on daily basis to the concerned.
13. Provide sales related reports and any requested information to concerned as and
when required.
14.Any official assignment assigned by Supervisor.

To Manage Storage of finished Goods through SAP.

Make arrangements to lift rejection from Customers.
To deal with OEM Companies\' (Yamaha & Suzuki)
To maintain Stock and prepare production and stock report
Stock taking and maintaining physical stock
