Responsibilities:

  • Identify New Business Opportunities: Research and identify potential clients, partnerships, and markets to drive business growth.
  • Develop and Implement Strategies: Create strategies for acquiring new clients, expanding market reach, and achieving revenue targets.
  • Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, customers, and partners to ensure long-term engagement.
  • Prepare Proposals and Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to potential clients and partners.
  • Negotiate Contracts: Lead negotiations for contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms for the company.
  • Attend Industry Events: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and generate new leads.
  • Report on Business Development Activities: Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on progress, challenges, and market trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA will be preferred.
  • Proven Experience: 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role will be given priority.
