Daily Office Management: Responsible for the company's daily office management affairs, including file organization, file management, and schedule scheduling.
Meeting Organization: Arrange and coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare meeting materials and record meeting minutes.
Communication and Coordination: Communicate with other departments and external partners to ensure smooth communication of information.
Clerical Work: Draft, proofread and edit various administrative documents, reports and emails.
Schedule Management: Provide scheduling support to management to ensure that meetings, travel and other activities are carried out on time.
Office Supplies Management: Responsible for the procurement, distribution and inventory management of office supplies.
Support Human Resources Work: Assist in the recruitment process, maintain employee records, and assist in organizing employee training and company events.
Job Requirements:
Education: College degree or above, administrative management, business management or related majors are preferred.
Experience: At least 1 year of administrative assistant or related work experience.
Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficient in office software (such as Microsoft Office suite).
