As a Chat Support Agent, you will provide top-notch customer service through live chat, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers via live chat and respond promptly.
- Assist with customer questions, issues, and requests.
- Maintain professionalism and positivity in communications.
- Document interactions and suggest service improvements.
- Meet or exceed performance targets (response times, satisfaction).
Requirements:
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Previous customer service or chat support experience is a plus, but not required.
Compensation:
This is a commission-based position with earnings based on performance. After successfully completing probation, a performance certificate will be awarded
