Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet branch goals and objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 10 sales professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings to align the team on objectives, share updates, and provide ongoing training.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to understand competitive landscape and identify emerging opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to create promotional strategies that drive sales.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports for upper management, outlining achievements, challenges, and strategic recommendations.
  • Participate in recruitment and training initiatives to sustain a skilled and capable sales team.
