    • Distribution of ATM Cards across all channels and maintenance of sufficient card inventory to maintain the supply line.
    • Having Well versed knowledge of Dispute Handling of Local (Paypak) and international schemes (MasterCard, VISA, UP). i.e. Presentment/ Chargeback/ Late Presentment/ Pre-arbitration/ Arbitration.
    • Regulatory, Local and international Scheme Reporting.
    • Collaborate with card vendors, payment processors, and other service providers to ensure seamless operations.
    • Re-engineering the processes to provide better and improved services with lesser TAT to customers.
    • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Ensure cards are compliant with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
