For this job role, you will be expected to provide satisfactory solutions to a diverse range of customer queries through means of written communication and a positive attitude. This role requires you to be a keyboard whizz with intellect – the one who instantly comes up with solutions to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively address customer inquiries across various channels (email, chat) with clear, concise, and accurate communication.
  • Leverage your proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting, MS Word/Docs for professional documentation, and QuickBooks for financial management tasks (optional: Adobe Creative Suite for visual communication).
  • Maintain a high level of service by providing timely responses, demonstrating a friendly and helpful demeanor, and actively listening to customer concerns.
  • Offer creative solutions by recommending alternative products, suggesting troubleshooting steps, and thinking outside the box to resolve complex issues.
  • Continuously learn and adapt by staying updated on system changes, process updates, and product information.
  • Handle objections and challenges with composure and professionalism, prioritizing de-escalation and building trust.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ideally QuickBooks (optional: Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and a commitment to building rapport with customers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
