Responsibilities:

Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls & messages in a timely manner.
Respond to local and international customers.
Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions.
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile.
Guide customers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site, or using the products or services.
Work with multiple platforms, e.g., Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Shopify, etc.
Provide detailed reports on customer insights.

Requirements:

At least one year of professional experience.
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
Fluent in English & Urdu.
Great active listening skills.
Computer literacy.
Basic knowledge and fluency in Microsoft Excel.
