We are a leading trader of high-quality commodities such as sulfur, urea, and other industrial materials. We are expanding our global footprint and seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as an International Commodity Trader (SDR level - Sales Development Representative).

We are looking for an ambitious and proactive International Commodity Trader based in Islamabad to help grow our global client base. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales acumen, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to prospect, research, and connect with potential clients across the globe. You will play a critical role in generating leads and developing new business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting & Research: Identify and research potential clients and markets for our commodities, including sulfur and urea.
  • Lead Generation: Use LinkedIn and other platforms to generate high-quality leads.
  • Client Outreach: Conduct cold calls, send emails, and engage with prospective clients to present our offerings.
  • Sales & Negotiation: Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and build a list of qualified leads for the business development manager (BDM).
  • Market Analysis: Monitor global market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of prospecting acitivty, emails sent, calls done, and leads generated that were converted.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or related field is preffered but not mandatorry. Your personality matters more.
  • 1 year of experience in sales, trading, or a related role is ideal
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply (NUST, LUMS, and IBA gradaduates preferred)
  • Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other professional networking tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
