Job Description:JEEM International Medical Recruitment is seeking a qualified and dedicated Consultant Pediatric Endocrinologist for positions in government hospitals across Saudi Arabia, including cities like Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, and Khobar. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, providing specialized endocrine care for children and adolescents in state-of-the-art medical facilities.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and treat pediatric endocrine disorders, including diabetes, growth abnormalities, thyroid disorders, and metabolic bone diseases.
Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, monitoring patient progress and adjusting as needed.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including dietitians, pediatricians, and other specialists, to provide comprehensive patient care.
Educate patients and families about endocrine conditions, treatment options, and long-term management.
Stay current with advances in pediatric endocrinology to ensure evidence-based treatment.

Requirements:

MBBS with specialized qualifications in pediatric endocrinology (FCPS, MRCPCH with subspecialty training, or equivalent).
Valid medical license and certifications.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Consultant Pediatric Endocrinologist.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially for working with young patients and their families.
Willingness to relocate and adapt to Saudi Arabia’s healthcare environment.

Skill Set:

Endocrine Expertise: Proficient in diagnosing and managing pediatric endocrine disorders, including diabetes and thyroid diseases.
Hormone Therapy Management: Skilled in prescribing and adjusting hormone therapies based on growth and metabolic needs.
Diagnostic Proficiency: Competent in interpreting endocrine-specific lab results, growth charts, and imaging.
Patient & Family Education: Clear communication skills to help patients and families understand complex endocrine issues.
Team Collaboration: Experience working in multidisciplinary teams to support patient-centered care.
