JEEM International Medical Recruitment is seeking a qualified and dedicated Consultant Pediatric Endocrinologist for positions in government hospitals across Saudi Arabia, including cities like Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, and Khobar. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, providing specialized endocrine care for children and adolescents in state-of-the-art medical facilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and treat pediatric endocrine disorders, including diabetes, growth abnormalities, thyroid disorders, and metabolic bone diseases.
  • Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, monitoring patient progress and adjusting as needed.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including dietitians, pediatricians, and other specialists, to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Educate patients and families about endocrine conditions, treatment options, and long-term management.
  • Stay current with advances in pediatric endocrinology to ensure evidence-based treatment.

Requirements:

  • MBBS with specialized qualifications in pediatric endocrinology (FCPS, MRCPCH with subspecialty training, or equivalent).
  • Valid medical license and certifications.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Consultant Pediatric Endocrinologist.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially for working with young patients and their families.
  • Willingness to relocate and adapt to Saudi Arabia’s healthcare environment.

Skill Set:

  • Endocrine Expertise: Proficient in diagnosing and managing pediatric endocrine disorders, including diabetes and thyroid diseases.
  • Hormone Therapy Management: Skilled in prescribing and adjusting hormone therapies based on growth and metabolic needs.
  • Diagnostic Proficiency: Competent in interpreting endocrine-specific lab results, growth charts, and imaging.
  • Patient & Family Education: Clear communication skills to help patients and families understand complex endocrine issues.
  • Team Collaboration: Experience working in multidisciplinary teams to support patient-centered care.
