Technical Level:

Operational Level:

  • Develop and manage monthly work plans for program activities, ensuring they are aligned with the project timelines and objectives, and are completed within the stipulated time frame.
  • Maintain an organized record of all program-related documents, including field visit reports, stakeholder meeting minutes, and other program documentation, to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Oversee the data collection, screening, and verification of stakeholders' information to ensure that all program-related transactions and engagements are based on accurate and reliable data.
  • Ensure proper completion and filing of all program-related forms and formats by donor and organizational standards to maintain compliance.
  • Regularly coordinate with MIS and MEAL teams to ensure program data is updated and available in the MIS system, supporting informed decision-making and reporting.
  • Maintain close coordination with the line manager to ensure that program activities are effectively implemented, aligned with project goals, and responsive to emerging challenges and opportunities.

Organizational Level:

  • Ensure compliance with IR’s policies and procedures for program implementation and community engagement.
  • Promote IR’s values, including zero tolerance for harassment, violence, and corruption, and empower communities to raise concerns when necessary.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of IR’s strategic priorities to ensure sustainable and impactful program delivery.
  • Document and share successes and lessons learned to showcase IR’s work and enhance future programming.
  • Work with communities to raise awareness and advocate for DRR planning and protection needs.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

It is essential that the post holder shows a good understanding and sympathy with the organizational values & principles, vision and mission as well as commitment to its SEAH (sexual exploitation abuse and harassment) and Safeguarding protocols. We have zero tolerance policy towards SEAH and doesn’t support any action that promote or encourage SEAH.

Qualification:

University degree in one of the relevant areas- Sociology, International Law, Human Rights, Social Science or Gender and Development Studies.

Experience:

Minimum experience of similar role in NGO/INGO setup:

3 years relevant experience with Masters/Bachelor (Hons) 16 years of education.

5 Years relevant experience with Bachelor/14 years of education.

 Computer Skills:

MS Office, Outlook, ERP systems familiarity

Language:

English Urdu, Pashto, (Balochi/Brohi is Mandatory)
