PERSON SPECIFICATION:
It is essential that the post holder shows a good understanding and sympathy with the organizational values & principles, vision and mission as well as commitment to its SEAH (sexual exploitation abuse and harassment) and Safeguarding protocols. We have zero tolerance policy towards SEAH and doesn’t support any action that promote or encourage SEAH.
Qualification:
University degree in one of the relevant areas- Sociology, International Law, Human Rights, Social Science or Gender and Development Studies.
Experience:
Minimum experience of similar role in NGO/INGO setup:
3 years relevant experience with Masters/Bachelor (Hons) 16 years of education.
5 Years relevant experience with Bachelor/14 years of education.
Computer Skills:
MS Office, Outlook, ERP systems familiarity
Language:
English Urdu, Pashto, (Balochi/Brohi is Mandatory)
