Manufacturing Plant of electronic products located at Defense road near Shahkam, Mohlanwal Lahore, Pakistan invites applications from eligible candidates for the post of production Manager/Engineer.

Responsibilities:

Plan, direct, and coordinate the production activities that produce thousands of products every month.
Make sure production proceeds smoothly and stay within budget.
Responsible to Oversee the entire plant area and production process to reduce costs.
Responsible to reduce the rejection rate, rework volume and line stoppages.
Monitor inventories and coordinate with the, Vendors, Stores and Logistics department to ensure availability as per the production plan.
Arrange, coordinate, organize and conduct customer inspections on regular basis.
Analyzing the plant's workers, resources, and capital to select the best way of meeting the production goals.
Production manager will be responsible for machines and whether new machines need to be purchased, whether overtime or extra shifts are necessary and what the order of production should be.
Monitor the production process to make sure that it stays on schedule and correct any problems that may arise.
Provides training and guidance to team members to accomplish production goals.
