Manufacturing Plant of electronic products located at Defense road near Shahkam, Mohlanwal Lahore, Pakistan invites applications from eligible candidates for the post of production Manager/Engineer.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, direct, and coordinate the production activities that produce thousands of products every month.
- Make sure production proceeds smoothly and stay within budget.
- Responsible to Oversee the entire plant area and production process to reduce costs.
- Responsible to reduce the rejection rate, rework volume and line stoppages.
- Monitor inventories and coordinate with the, Vendors, Stores and Logistics department to ensure availability as per the production plan.
- Arrange, coordinate, organize and conduct customer inspections on regular basis.
- Analyzing the plant's workers, resources, and capital to select the best way of meeting the production goals.
- Production manager will be responsible for machines and whether new machines need to be purchased, whether overtime or extra shifts are necessary and what the order of production should be.
- Monitor the production process to make sure that it stays on schedule and correct any problems that may arise.
- Provides training and guidance to team members to accomplish production goals.
