Sr. Web / Graphics Designer

Do you have a passion for creating visually stunning and user-friendly experiences across web, mobile, and print? Are you an expert in UI/UX design, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work that is both functional and aesthetically pleasing? If so, we want to hear from you!

We are looking for a talented and motivated Senior Web & Graphics Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our company across a variety of platforms. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, develop creative concepts, and bring them to life through your designs.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) for websites, mobile apps, and other digital products.
Create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and wireframes.
Conduct user research and testing to ensure designs are user-friendly and achieve desired outcomes.
Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are translated effectively into code.
Design packaging, brochures, and other marketing materials.
Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and best practices.
Work independently and as part of a team.
Effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a web and/or graphic designer.
Proven experience in UI/UX design, website design, mobile app design, packaging design, and brochure design.
Strong understanding of design principles and best practices.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Experience with prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) preferred.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating high-quality work.

Bonus points:

Experience with front-end development languages (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Experience with animation or motion graphics.
Experience working in an agile environment.
