We are looking for a talented and motivated Senior Web & Graphics Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our company across a variety of platforms. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, develop creative concepts, and bring them to life through your designs.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) for websites, mobile apps, and other digital products.
- Create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and wireframes.
- Conduct user research and testing to ensure designs are user-friendly and achieve desired outcomes.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are translated effectively into code.
- Design packaging, brochures, and other marketing materials.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and best practices.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
- Effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a web and/or graphic designer.
- Proven experience in UI/UX design, website design, mobile app design, packaging design, and brochure design.
- Strong understanding of design principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience with prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) preferred.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating high-quality work.
Bonus points:
- Experience with front-end development languages (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Experience with animation or motion graphics.
- Experience working in an agile environment.
