Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategy for and manage/optimise digital channels, focus on new customer acquisition and retention in existing markets.
  • Help formulate and execute marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Monitor multiple channels’ performance metrics and utilize data to optimize and accelerate growth.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Data, Product Management, Technology to develop strategies and guide execution.
  • Contribute to the overall customer acquisition marketing and growth strategy.
  • Drive massive upticks in owned metrics.
  • Increase the downloads of apps, visits and signups to mobile and web properties.
  • Optimization of PPC ads, Paid Social, Mobile and Display.
  • Management of performance marketing tools (GAds, GA4, Hubspot, SEMRush, VWO etc.).
  • Run and measure CPA campaigns through channels.
  • Ensure all digital projects are in line with performance goals.
  • Drive marketing technology changes and enhancements to support performance goals.
  • Review and drive changes in all areas that impact performance.
