Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organize office records and inventory systematically to promote efficiency and accessibility.
  • Coordinate office upkeep by scheduling regular maintenance and addressing repair needs timely to ensure a functional work environment.
  • Oversee janitorial services while establishing and maintaining cleanliness standards; conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with hygiene requirements.
  • Keep meticulous records of all purchase orders and queries to streamline procurement and inventory management processes.
  • Manage vendor contracts effectively, monitor performance to ensure timely service delivery, and address any issues that arise promptly.
  • Act as the primary contact for all office-related inquiries, ensuring effective communication between staff, vendors, and visitors to enhance collaborative efforts.
  • Provide office-related assistance and support to staff to facilitate uninterrupted workflow and address operational needs.
  • Greet and assist visitors warmly, creating a welcoming environment that reflects the organizations values and professionalism.
  • Lead and supervise the administrative team, providing guidance, training, and evaluation to cultivate team performance and engagement.
  • Implement and improve administrative processes and procedures, identifying areas for enhancement and ensuring adherence to best practices within the office.
