Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as the Head of Operations for our Cargo Division.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all operational and sales activities across Pakistan, ensuring efficiency, growth, and profitability.
  • This role requires a strategic leader who can drive performance, optimize processes, and lead a team to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Oversight:

  • Lead and manage the nationwide operations of the Cargo Division, ensuring seamless and efficient processes across all locations.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards.
  • Oversee the coordination of cargo movement, including logistics, warehousing, and transportation.

Sales Leadership:

  • Drive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to capture additional market segments.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment of operational capabilities with sales objectives.

Team Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations and sales team.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence within the division.
  • Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback and coaching.

Financial Management:

  • Manage the budget for the Cargo Division, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure cost-effective use of resources while maintaining high-quality service standards.

Strategic Planning:

  • Contribute to the development of the company’s overall business strategy.
  • Identify and mitigate risks that could impact operational efficiency or sales performance.
  • Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance the division’s competitiveness.
