HR Generalist

Join our dynamic team as a full-time Human Resources Generalist in an on-site capacity. In this role, you'll spearhead HR management, policy development, employee benefits administration, and various day-to-day HR responsibilities.

Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of HR policies and procedures.
Lead the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
Independently manage payroll functions.
Oversee the company's appraisal system and conduct appraisal meetings.
Ensure compliance with employment regulations and procedures.
Monitor employee performance aspects such as attendance and sick leave.
Assess training needs and design and implement relevant programs.
Handle disciplinary processes and formal grievances.
Establish and review pay structures, employee perks, and benefits.
Stay well-versed in Pakistan's employment law legislation and liaise with government institutions like PESSI, EOBI, and Social Securities.
