What You’ll Do:

Engage Clients: Manage and grow client accounts by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Drive Success: Work closely with clients to ensure they get the most out of our services, keeping them informed and supported every step of the way.
Problem Solve: Collaborate with internal teams to address client challenges and maintain high levels of satisfaction.
Data-Driven Decisions: Use CRM tools and data insights to monitor progress, forecast needs, and identify growth opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: 1-2 years of account management, customer success, or related experience in a B2B or service-oriented role. Logistics experience preferred.
Communication Skills: Fluent verbal and written communication in English to maintain clear and professional client interactions.
Tech Savvy: Familiar with CRM tools and comfortable with online collaboration platforms.
Self-Starter: Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
Reliable Equipment: Stable internet connection, power, and access to a laptop are essential for this role.
