What We’re Looking For:

Experience: 1-2 years of account management, customer success, or related experience in a B2B or service-oriented role. Logistics experience preferred.
Communication Skills: Fluent verbal and written communication in English to maintain clear and professional client interactions.
Tech Savvy: Familiar with CRM tools and comfortable with online collaboration platforms.
Self-Starter: Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
Reliable Equipment: Stable internet connection, power, and access to a laptop are essential for this role.
