Floor Manager - Outbound Sales

The Floor manager will look after and be responsible for handling the complete daily operations of an outbound sales floor. Setting strategies to meet and exceed the sales targets while maintaining the highest quality standards including educating customers, convincing, and concluding the sales with customer consent.

Responsibilities

Devise, present, and implement a holistic sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets and budgeted goals.
In coordination with reporting and analysis, design daily, weekly, and monthly sales campaigns to motivate sales representatives and boost sales and morale.
Meet individual and team targets/KPIs, and take corrective actions as soon as they are needed.
Implement, review, and propose call center policies, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
Keep the floor energetic and motivated by engaging employees in different activities and strategies. Creating a positive work environment will help the employees stay motivated and less burnt out.
To assist in resolving any technical / system issue that might come up and effect sales.

Requirements:

Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree with at least 2 years of Floor Manager & Outbound Sales experience.
Telco and branchless banking experience is a plus.
Confident communicator, and strong organizational and planning abilities with a professional approach.
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT, etc) are required.
