  • Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved
  • Run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-3-year experience working in a technical support environment.
  • Previous experience and superior customer/HelpDesk service skills.
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office .
