- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
- Responding promptly to service issues and requests.
- Assist in the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all IT systems, including servers, PCs, operating systems, telephones, software applications, and peripherals.
- Work on Domains, IP Schemes, Static IPs, Online Devices, and Application Servers.
- Work on Modeling tools, e.g., Visio, and Smart Draw.
- Work and execute Network Security, Database Backup, Replication, Tuning, and System Imaging.
- Analysis of IT Structure & Troubleshooting for problem solutions.
- Installation and maintenance of NVR & CCTV Cameras.
- Analysis of IT Structure & Troubleshooting for problem solutions.
- Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved
- Run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3-year experience working in a technical support environment.
- Previous experience and superior customer/HelpDesk service skills.
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office .
