Cyber System is a leading US-based healthcare IT company that provides practice management solutions to doctors in the US. The company is now expanding its operations in Lahore and looking for a Customer Support Executive to join its team.

Salary & Benefits:

*50,000/- to 60,000/-*
Additionally, the benefits package includes *bonuses, pick-up and drop-off services for female employees , probationary increment , medical insurance* , recognition as Employee of the Month, annual salary increments, sponsored trips, and access to sports and entertainment facilities.
Company will provide paid training to the selected candidates at full pay from the date of joining.

Working Timings:

Timings: (05:00pm to 02:00am (Monday to Saturday))

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive in Lahore. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing online support, customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Answering inbound video calls with greetings.
Scheduling patient’s appointments.
Eligibility Verification.
Appointment Reminders.
Pre-Authorization & Follow ups.
Maintaining customer relationships

Requirements:

Fluent English (Oral and Verbal)
Computer Literacy (MS OFFICE)
Online Support Skills
Excellent Communication Skills (Written and Verbal)
Patience, Empathy, and Listening Skills
Ability to Multitask and Work Under Pressure

Company will provide paid training to the selected candidates at full pay from the date of joining.
