Cotton Web Limited is seeking a Senior Assistant Manager for our Product Development Sampling team focused on Garment Wet Process (GWP). This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of sampling plans and the development of production-feasible garment washing techniques. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in textile engineering and team management to maintain high-quality standards while contributing to innovative practices that enhance customer satisfaction. With a leadership responsibility over a team of 20 persons, you will drive initiatives that optimize process efficiency, encourage skill development, and ensure adherence to timelines and quality documentation standards such as recipes and process cards. Responsibilities

Oversee the execution of the sampling plan, ensuring all activities adhere strictly to established timelines and lead times.
Develop and implement innovative garment washing techniques that are both production-feasible and environmentally friendly.
Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation, including recipes, process cards, and quality assurance records related to color shade matching.
Manage and lead a dedicated team of 20 persons, fostering a collaborative environment conducive to professional growth and operational efficiency.
Ensure smooth communication and interaction with customers, prioritizing their satisfaction through prompt and effective responses to inquiries and feedback.
Monitor the performance of various sampling processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
Evaluate team performance regularly, providing constructive feedback and support to enhance individual skill sets and team productivity.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and quality assurance, to align goals and ensure the successful launch of products.
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in textile technology, integrating best practices within the teams operations.
Coordinate training programs for team members to enhance their understanding of color shade matching and garment washing techniques.
