Cotton Web Limited is seeking a Senior Assistant Manager for our Product Development Sampling team focused on Garment Wet Process (GWP). This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of sampling plans and the development of production-feasible garment washing techniques. Responsibilities

Oversee the execution of the sampling plan, ensuring all activities adhere strictly to established timelines and lead times.
Develop and implement innovative garment washing techniques that are both production-feasible and environmentally friendly.
Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation, including recipes, process cards, and quality assurance records related to color shade matching.
Manage and lead a dedicated team of 20 persons, fostering a collaborative environment conducive to professional growth and operational efficiency.
Ensure smooth communication and interaction with customers, prioritizing their satisfaction through prompt and effective responses to inquiries and feedback.
Monitor the performance of various sampling processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
