Kalson Group started its journey of unlimited successes in 1984 with a manufacturing unit in Karachi, Pakistan for production of hydraulic machinery. In a few years the company started enjoying the trust of out customers due to dedication to work and continuous research and development. During 90�s it war era of huge industrial development in Pakistan and we are proud to be a part of that. We now own different manufacturing units including a unit dedicated to contract manufacturing of Surgical Instruments and Equipment.
Since our nature is to keep an eye on latest developments in world in terms of technology and business, we came across idea of manufacturing surgical instruments. We started this business by the end of year 2000 with contract manufacturing of Microsurgery Instruments. In this regard our first project was manufacturing of scissors used in microsurgery for a local company. As we owned a team of experienced and skilled personal, state of the machines which are updated regularly and all the more trust of our customers, we managed to be one of successful contract manufacturer of surgical instruments in Pakistan. We are now producing Microsurgery Instruments for different fields of surgery and we are producing a wide range of instruments. Now our customers are local companies as well as some foreign companies.
Manufacturing of surgical equipment has always been an area of our interest. We started this project with manufacturing Skin Graft Mesher and Skin Graft Carriers. Again this was a project of contract manufacturing for us. Since we are one of very few companies in the world producing this product, we are enjoying great success in this project. Complexity of its manufacturing was solved by our well educated and skilled labor using CNC machines. Produced products are up to standard in terms of material and workmanship.
We have just started manufacturing of Medical Grade (Surgically Safe) Plastic Products utilizing our experience of mold making and molding services for automobile industry. We are producing microsurgery instruments sterilizing boxes and finger silicon pads at the moment. Material acquired directly from GE Plastic, USA is used to manufacture these products in a clean room environment. These products have been verified by Laboratory to be 100% safe for its intended use. In future our plan is to expand this department by manufacturing Orthopedic Implant made from Surgically Safe Plastic. We are undergoing a research on that and obtaining very positive results for that.
Along with contract manufacturing services, we are planning towards branding of our products under name MediconPro. We are working with many companies worldwide in this regard.
Kalson group launch subsidiary by the name of TRICON to solve the problems of human resource for their respected clients. Tricon is a human resource company started their operations in January 2007. Human resource is very critical part of any organization. Right and target selection for any company is very important. In Tricon we know the requirement of our clients. In this regard we have the team of best professionals of HR who knows the recruiting procedure with equal justice. Selection accuracy is our main objective. We are focused. We have all the tools in Tricon for choosing right candidate for the companies respectively.
