The Last Word opened its doors to business eight years ago as a bookshop on the 1st floor of the Gaddafi Stadium Hot Spot. Last year we shifted premises to a purpose built space-ten times the size of what we previously occupied- and launched our dedicated flagship bookstore on Mehmood Kasuri Road in the posh shopping district of Gulberg III.
We now have a vibrant bookshop-cum-cultural space, where we host book launches, talks, spoken word poetry events, presentations, screenings, panel discussions, workshops, creative writing courses, art history lectures, story time sessions, book clubs and more. Aside from expanding our selection and regularly hosting events we are on the verge of launching an e-store that is sure to be a roaring success.
