These travelers expect high standards of service and facilities and it is only through organized and structured training that the industry can meet these expectations.

The Spine Airline Studies Institute was established in 2003 to provide recognized standards of management training appropriate to the needs of the hotel and travel industries, via its syllabi, and examinations. These have been continuously developed and improved to ensure they are relevant and up to date.
