Rozgaar Overseas Employment Private Limited was formed in year 2014. It’s a relatively new set up aimed to provide professional services to the potential clients in the Gulf region. Having worked in the Gulf region ourselves for years we realized that a lot can be done to bridge the gap between the employer and the employee. At the moment the industry is facing lots of issues from ethical in nature to financial issues where the candidates have been over charged by the recruitment agents and their sub agents. In most cases candidates have not been briefed properly on the nature of jobs, standard of living, salary packages etc.
