Integrated Regional Development Programme (IRDP) is a mutli-sector non-government, rural development organization working for poverty alleviation and development of local institution.

IRDP is the product of the project with the same title as Pak-German Integrated Rural Development Project, which after many phases of experimentation came up with the idea of developing a local, representative support programme that could continue the development activities without the assistance of external NGOs in the district.
