The Intelligence Bureau Employees Cooperative Housing Society (IBECHS) was established in early 1983 and was registered with the Office of the Registrar, Cooperative Societies Department Islamabad on 24-April-1983. IBECHS launched Pakistan Town Phase-I in 1982-1983 and Pakistan Town Phase-II in 1988-1989. After the development and successful delivery of Pakistan Town Phase-I & II, society started 3rd phase “Gulberg Islamabad” in Zone-IV and V. Gulberg Islamabad opened the doors to a new style of living in Islamabad.
